The Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Senator George Akume, has urged the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) to adopt digital technology in the administration of justice to improve case management, records administration and overall operational efficiency.
Akume made the appeal on Tuesday while receiving the Chairman of the CCT, Dr. Mainasara Kogo, and members of the tribunal’s management team during a courtesy visit to his office in Abuja.
The call comes as the Federal Government intensifies efforts to modernise public institutions through digital transformation as part of broader reforms aimed at improving public service delivery, strengthening transparency and enhancing coordination among government agencies.
According to a statement issued on Tuesday by the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Akume encouraged the tribunal to align its operations with the Federal Government’s digital transformation agenda to enhance efficiency and accountability.
