Influencer Zuza Biene Dies at 14 After Long Cancer Battle

Social media influencer Zuza Biene has died at the age of 14 after an 11-year battle with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). She passed away on September 22, 2025, according to The New York Post.

Zuza, who openly shared her cancer journey on Instagram and TikTok, gained a large following while raising awareness for childhood cancer. She frequently used hashtags such as #ChildhoodCancerAwarenessMonth and #CancerSucks.

Diagnosed at a young age, she underwent three bone marrow transplants and faced five relapses throughout her life. Despite these challenges, she continued sharing her experiences to inspire others.

She is survived by her parents, Ryan and Dagmara Beine, her brother Fin, and extended family. Her mother also suffered the recent loss of her brother, Olaf Stieber, who died unexpectedly on September 18, 2025.

A GoFundMe campaign has been launched to support Olaf’s widow, Lauren, and their two children, ages 3 and 6, with a fundraising goal of $120,000.
