First Lady Oluremi Tinubu has reiterated her opposition to war and provocation, emphasizing the urgent need for deeper global understanding.
She made this known on Wednesday while receiving the Qatari Ambassador to Nigeria, Ali bin Al-Hajri, at her office in the State House, Abuja.
Mrs. Tinubu condemned the recent attack in Doha, describing peace as a divine principle shared by all major religions and essential for humanity’s survival.
Their discussions also touched on strengthening Nigeria’s Almajiri education system and tackling the rising challenge of out-of-school children.
In response, Ambassador Al-Hajri expressed Qatar’s gratitude for Nigeria’s solidarity during its difficult moment and reaffirmed the enduring bond between both nations.
