Two members of the Edo State House of Assembly elected under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have officially defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Hon. Eugene Inegbeboh of Igueben Constituency and Hon. Andrew Uzamere of Ovia North East Constituency were formally received into the APC at the party’s secretariat in Benin City.
Their defection marks another setback for the PDP, shrinking its representation in the state assembly to just four seats.
