Leo Radvinsky, the billionaire owner of the subscription-based content platform OnlyFans, has died at the age of 43 following a prolonged battle with cancer.

A spokesperson for the company confirmed his passing, stating that Radvinsky died peacefully, while his family has requested privacy during this difficult time.

Born in Ukraine and raised in Chicago, Radvinsky graduated from Northwestern University with a bachelor’s degree in economics.

He became director and majority shareholder of OnlyFans in 2018, transforming the platform into one of the world’s most profitable digital subscription services. Reports indicate that the success of the site contributed significantly to his estimated net worth of about $4.7 billion.

Beyond his business ventures, Radvinsky was also known as an angel investor who backed several startups and supported philanthropic initiatives across different parts of the world.

His death marks the passing of one of the most influential figures in the digital content industry.
