Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham is expected to be sidelined for up to 12 weeks following a successful shoulder operation, the club has confirmed.
In an official statement, the Spanish giants announced that Bellingham has undergone surgery and will now begin a rehabilitation process before resuming full recovery work.
Although the club did not give an exact timeframe for his return, Spanish media reports suggest the England international will need around three months to recover fully.
Bellingham has been battling persistent shoulder discomfort since dislocating it during a La Liga match in November 2023. He has continued playing in recent months while wearing a protective brace under his shirt.
