Nigerian celebrity chef, Hilda Baci, has achieved another historic milestone as Guinness World Records officially recognized her for preparing the largest serving of Nigerian-style jollof rice.
The announcement was made in a post on Guinness World Records’ official X account, following a spectacular culinary event held on September 12, 2025, at Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.
The grand celebration, tagged the Gino World Jollof Festival with Hilda Baci, attracted thousands of attendees and sparked massive conversations across social media.
Hilda, who first gained global recognition in 2023 for setting the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon, has once again cemented her status as one of Nigeria’s most celebrated chefs.
