Edo Public Buildings Boss Hails Governor Okpebholo on One Year in Office

The Managing Director of the Edo State Public Building and Maintenance Agency, Architect Emmanuel Fashanu, has congratulated Governor Monday Okpebholo on the occasion of his one year in office, describing his leadership as people-focused and visionary.

In a statement issued in Benin City, Fashanu commended the governor for his commitment to the welfare and development of the Edo people, as reflected in the numerous people-oriented projects and programmes executed across the three senatorial districts of the state.

He highlighted key projects such as the Fertilizer Warehouse at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security in Benin City, the 100-bed hospital in Uwessan, the construction of Jattu Market, and the establishment of Forward Operating Bases in Ewohimi and Emu as clear evidence of the governor’s deep sense of service and compassion.

Fashanu noted that the governor’s first year in office has brought visible and positive changes to governance in Edo State, earning him the admiration and confidence of the people. He also prayed for divine wisdom and strength for Governor Okpebholo to further consolidate on his five-point ‘SHINE’ agenda aimed at advancing the state’s development.

He reaffirmed the Agency’s unwavering support for the governor’s social and infrastructural development initiatives, assuring that the Public Building and Maintenance Agency remains proud to identify with his vision for a prosperous Edo State.
